2025 Performance Evaluations

The University’s annual performance evaluation process provides an opportunity for both managers and staff to receive feedback and evaluate progress over the last year, as well as set goals, plan projects, and establish timelines for the year ahead. This year, performance evaluations launched for the entire University, including the Medical Center, on Saturday, February 1, and follow the same timeline. All performance evaluations must be completed by Monday, June 30, in . The process for completing performance evaluations in MyPath will remain the same as last year, and the schedule is as follows. Find resources to prepare for performance evaluations on the HR website.

  • Staff self-reviews: Saturday, February 1, through Saturday, March 8.
  • Manager reviews: Sunday, March 9, through Sunday, April 25.
  • Employee acknowledgment: Due Monday, June 30.

2026 Child Care Subsidy Claims Now Open

New University-Wide Employee Lactation Spaces Map

The University has launched a new interactive Employee Lactation Spaces Map, providing a convenient resource for locating private, comfortable spaces to pump or express breastmilk during the workday. This tool is designed to support employees by making it easier to find nearby lactation spaces across all University locations.

Medical and Dental Plan Dependent Eligibility Verification

The Ģý recently launched the Dependent Eligibility Verification process, as previously communicated via email and announced during open enrollment. All employees with dependents enrolled in University medical or dental plans must verify their dependents by February 20, 2026, to ensure continued medical and dental coverage.

Act Now: Instructions have been sent by Verifi1 via email and by U.S. mail to those with dependents on Ģý medical and dental plans. As our chosen partner in this process, Verifi1 adheres to strict data security and confidentiality standards, only using documents solely to verify eligibility, and securely destroys them after the process is complete.
