Mid-Year Leadership Training

The purpose of Mid-Year Leadership Training is to prepare student organization executive board members to lead their organizations confidently in the spring semester.

Learning Outcomes:

Student organization leaders will…

  • understand the value The College places on experiential learning and development through student organization leadership
  • know where to find policies and processes for successful operations
  • be introduced to the Medallion Program and participate in one workshop
  • meet their advisor and determine how to use them as a resource
  • engage with other student organizations to consider their common purpose and collaboration

Participation Requirement

  • The program is open to all student organizations leaders. New student organizations and new officers since September 2025 are required to attend.
  • New Business Managers are required to go to the Business Manager Training.
  • Every student organization should have at least one representative at:
    1. Opening Session
    2. Advisor Session
    3. Leadership Workshops
