The memoranda of agreement that follow include as an appendix the sections of the existing Rochester Teachers Association (RTA) agreement that apply to East. The most important features of this agreement are an emphasis on collaboration, professional learning and shared practice.\u00a0 All East teachers not only create but share lesson plans and data.\u00a0 Teachers are provided not only with individual time for planning, but time for collaborative planning as well.
