International Education Week is a nationwide celebration organized by the U.S. Department of State each year to promote exploring connections and mutual understanding between all students in the U.S. and around the world.

The Ģ����ý will be hosting multiple events across all campuses throughout the month of November. Events aim to celebrate the benefits of international education, highlight intercultural awareness, support the integration of our domestic and international student bodies, and promote the internationalization of the University community. Open to faculty, students, and staff – join in the celebration of international education.

If you need additional funding for your event from Global Engagement, please submit an IEW grant request.

The Ģ����ý is proud to be one of the sponsors of The PIE Live North America 2024. “PIE” stands for Professionals in International Education! This event is scheduled for November 19-20, 2024, in Boston, and will highlight key trends and innovations in international education.

The event will spotlight leaders from higher education and policy, representing more than 145 organizations from over 25 countries. These leaders will share insights and strategies to advance global education initiatives.

The University delegation will be among over 400 attendees and more than 70 guest speakers from around the globe, gathering for two days of enriching discussions and analyses. Representatives from the Ģ����ý will contribute to various sessions, sharing their expertise and experiences in fostering international partnerships and global engagement.

This sponsorship underscores the Ģ����ý’s commitment to being at the forefront of international education and partnerships.
