As we continue to strengthen our culture of engagement and commitment to excellence, we need your feedback now more than ever. Starting in August, the University will launch the first of two surveys designed to give you a voice in helping to shape our future.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Benefits Survey \u2013 August 12\u201325<\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span>
\nTo ensure our total benefits offerings meet the evolving needs of our workforce,<\/span> this survey will offer you the opportunity to share your feedback on what\u2019s most important to you and your perceptions of the benefits we offer. The information we gather will help to guide future benefit offerings that will help shape our organization\u2019s long-term benefits strategy.<\/span> T<\/span>his strategy is part of our five-year HR Modernization roadmap which began in August of 2021. E<\/span>ligible full-time and part-time faculty and staff will receive a survey link in an August 12 email.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/span>Eligible employees include active, regular full-time and part-time faculty, staff, residents and fellows. Employees on leave, postdoctoral appointees, student workers, and members of SEIU are not included.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Employee Experience Survey \u2013 October 6\u201320<\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span>
\nLater this fall, for the first time, all employees across the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ including academic units, the medical center, central administration, LLE, and the MAG will have an opportunity to participate in an engagement survey. Key<\/span> learnings from the survey will help shape action plans to improve the work environment, guide long-term culture strategies, and support organizational performance and growth. Employees will receive an email asking for participation beginning on October 6.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/span>Eligible employees include active, regular full-time and part-time faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and postdoctoral appointees who have been employed by the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ for at least 30 days. TARs who worked an average of 20 hours per week will also be included. Employees on leave and student workers are not included.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that these surveys are conducted by outside consulting firms and individual responses will not be shared to ensure confidentialit<\/span><\/span>y. <\/span>Employee Experience Survey<\/span><\/b> responses will be aggregated, and departments must have at least five responses to receive composite results. The Office of Human Resources will use <\/span>Benefits Survey<\/span><\/b> data to inform benefit planning.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are asking all eligible employees to complete both surveys upon receiving them. For hourly paid employees, please take the survey during your regularly scheduled hours; managers can help schedule time.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
