SEIU 1199 and SEIU Local 206 Union employees are not eligible for Behavioral Health Partners (BHP).<\/p>\n<p>**** Eligible participants can receive up to $450 per calendar year. Earn $150 for completing your online health survey 1; earn $150 for completing a lifestyle management program; earn $150 for completing condition management coaching, if eligible.<\/p>\n<p>The Employee Assistance Program for faculty and staff of the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ includes only UR Medicine EAP. The Personal Health Assessment, lifestyle management programs, condition management coaching, and Behavioral Health Partners (BHP), are part of the University Health Care Plan.<\/p>\n<p>This document provides only a summary of some of the features of this plan.
