Travel and support reminders for international students

As summer planning gets underway, the International Services Office (ISO) strongly recommends that ISO-sponsored students continue to avoid international travel. If you do choose to travel internationally, be aware of the federal policy implications and meet with your immigration advisor before purchasing plane tickets and leaving the United States. Refer to the recent ISO email you received for more information and resources. You can stay up to date through the ISO website, emails, newsletter, and . If you have questions related to travel or documents, contact your immigration advisor.

ճBasic Needs Hub will also host weekly office hours through April 30 to address any questions you may have about summer planning that fall outside immigration-related concerns. Students may stop by the office at Lattimore Hall, Room 224B, on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Thursdays from 11 a.m. to noon, or Fridays from 1 to 2 p.m. Relevant topics and questions include meeting basic needs during summer, searching for employment, deciding where to live, and more. Contact Kaitlin Legg with questions.

Sophomores, it’s time to declare your major

All sophomores in the School of Arts & Sciences and the Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences should declare their major by the end of this semester. If you have questions, make sure to talk to your advisor or review information about the major declaration process.
