S/F deadline is April 28

Monday, April 28, is the last day to declare the S/F grading option for one of your spring 2025 courses. Visit the Advising Handbook web page to learn more about the S/F grading option and reach out to your college advisor with questions.

Springfest Weekend

It’s time for another . The last Community Weekend of the year, , takes place April 23–27. Enjoy student performances, food trucks, carnival rides, and headliner Ferg (previously known as ASAP Ferg). Summer housing, support, and resources

Current undergraduate students wishing to stay in on-campus housing this summer should register online through . The priority registration deadline is May 1. More information can be found on the Summer Housing website and the Summer Housing Fact Sheet. If you are interested in local, off-campus housing, helpful resources are available on the Off-Campus Housing web page. Remember that there are no summer meal plans, but you can add dining dollars to your account, and .

Students with additional support needs may seek assistance by completing a resource request form from the Student Support Basic Needs Hub. Demonstrated need, availability of resources, reason for needing to remain in Rochester, relevance, and timing of the request will all be considered when allocating resources. You may also email questions to basicneedshub@rochester.edu.

Students in any class year looking for on-campus employment or trying to maximize their summer with in-person or virtual skill-building opportunities should attend the on Monday, April 21, from 3 to 5 p.m. in Hirst Lounge, Wilson Commons. This event is a partnership with the Greene Center, the Student Employment Office, and the Office of Summer and Continuing Studies.
