St. Andrew's Society Scholarship Timeline

2025-26

Below is the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ campus timeline for the   Scholarship for Graduate Study in Scotland.

Please be advised that before we nominate you or endorse your candidacy for a fellowship competition, we will perform a conduct and academic honesty check to confirm that you are in good disciplinary and academic standing; a waiver that allows us to do so is part of the Prospective Applicant Form (available below).

September 29:

  • Submit the  if you have not done so for the 2025-26 academic year.
  • Submit the . If it has been more than two academic semesters since you completed your FPQ, please submit the . You do not need to do the entire FPQ again, unless you want to. 
  • After submission, schedule a meeting with the director of fellowships.

October 20:

  • Submit the .

November 7:

  • Revised Internal Application Form is due for committee review.
  • Three recommendation letters are due for campus nomination process:
    • .
    • Submitted letters should be on letterhead, signed, and dated.
    • Be sure to provide referees with St. Andrew’s Society Graduate Scholarship overview and selection criteria.
    • Recommendation letter files should be named according to this format: Student Last Name_St Andrew's Letter_Recommender Last Name (e.g., Smith_St Andrew's Letter_Jones).

Mid to Late November: The Campus Nominating Committee meets to interview candidates and select the nominee.

December 8, 2:00pm ET: Complete, final, revised St. Andrew’s application and final recommendation letters due for nominee. (Only for student who has been nominated)
