Dean's Certification
Graduate School and Transfer Applications
When transferring to another school, or continuing onto graduate studies, many program applications have a section that requests a Dean's Certification and/or a Disciplinary Clearance. In coordination with the , our office will complete and submit the form for you.
Certifications and clearance applications take five to seven business days to process, as information must be verified. Please double check that all sections of the application are completed, including your signature, before emailing it to the Office of the Dean of Students.
