Attached please find the FY21 Preliminary Staff Benefit Rate Schedule to be used for developing your FY21 budgets.

The UR Budget (Axiom) System will be updated with these rates.

Please note that the FY21 Staff Benefit rates are preliminary. These rates have been submitted to the Federal Government but they will not be final until approved.

All departments should ensure that their budget presentations are developed using these rates, but these rates should not be used for Grants until approved.

The FY21 Preliminary incremental Rate 1 for salaries above $137,700 is also attached.

I want to add a new line on Labor tab for a new person/position that’s per diem but my only choices are Part-time or Full-time. How do I do that?

Select Part-time, then manage the FTE level with hours and % assigned.

Is Highland Hospital participating in the Provider model?

Highland is not participating in the provider model, but if you have medical faculty that are charged to the affiliated FAOs, they are included in the provider model. If you have questions, please contact Jill Hetterich at 756-4003

Yes. Highland will be using UR Budget but with their HBOC chart of accounts

UR Budget Instructor-Led Training Classes Complete – Need Help?

On January 17th, we completed the UR Budget Instructor-led training classes. Total attendance was over 700 students.

We currently don’t have plans to conduct any future classes. Training is required before we active any user accounts in UR Budget. If you require training, please reach out to the project champion for your division. In addition, we do have the Student Guides as well as recordings of each of the classes available on the UR Budget website. Navigate to the “Training” tab, then the “Instructor-Led Training Recordings” sub-folder. We have segmented the class recording into shorter files so that they are easier to consume.
