Murray, translator of <i>The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo<\/i>, and his wife and fellow translator, Tiina Nunnally. Also included in this edition: translations from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forrestgander.com\/Forrest_Gander\/Spectacle_%26_Pigsty.html\">Forrest Gander<\/a>, winner of the 2012 Best Translated Book Award for his translation of Kiwao Nomura&#8217;s <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.omnidawn.com\/nomura\/index.htm\">Spectacle and Pigsty<\/i><\/a> ; translations by Lytton Smith, translator of <i><a href=\"http:\/\/catalog.openletterbooks.org\/authors\/34\">Children in Reindeer Woods<\/i><\/a> and <i><a href=\"http:\/\/catalog.openletterbooks.org\/authors\/5-olafsson#ambassador\">The Ambassador<\/i><\/a> (both published by Open Letter); and new works by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.poetryfoundation.org\/bio\/c-d-wright\">C.D.
