Ms. Hacker&#8217;s project, <i>King of a Hundred Horsemen,<\/i> is a translation of French poet Marie Etienne, and will be published in 2008 by Farrar, Straus &#038; Giroux.  Poet Robert Hass served as judge for this year&#8217;s award.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There you have it. Too bad there&#8217;s not more info on the <span class=\"caps\">NPS<\/span> website, though I&#8217;m sure this will change shortly.
